NEUST ROLLING PALENGKE FRESH FROM THE FARM

In line with this year’s “Nutrition Month”, the NEUST Health Services, headed by Dra. Belinda V. Gamilla (University Physician), made a simple but worth mentioning campaign that aimed to promote awareness and mobilize actions to address the children’s stunting. This campaign had a theme “Batang Pinoy Sana Tall, IWAS Stunting Sama All!

          The Nutrition Month at NEUST was celebrated by having a “Rolling Palengke Fresh from the Farm”. This was conducted on July 30, 2020, from 8:00am to 12:00 noon. The said activity intended to provide the NEUST some freshly produced vegetables came from the Municipal Agriculturist of Bongabon, Nueva Ecija and some dairy products from the Philippine Carabao Center at affordable price.
