Enrollment Procedure and Qualifications for Freshmen Students

Graduate of accredited high schools may be admitted as freshman to Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology on the following basis:

  1. Performance in the NEUST College Admission Test(NEUST CAT)
  2. Fourth year general Average should not be lower than 80
  3. Performance in the national Scholastic Aptitude Test (optional)

Specific Requirements for Taking the NEUST CAT

  1. A correctly and completely accomplishment application form of the applicant
  2. Two (2) pcs 2×2 identical photographs
  3. A non refundable application fee of Php 180.00
  4. Certificate of good moral character.

Additional Requirement for BS in Nursing

  1. Gen. average should be 85 and above.
  2. At least 5 ft. in height

Addtional Requiremtns for BSE, BSIE and BEED

  1. General average should be 85 and above

Who can take the NEUST College Admission Test?

  1. High School seniors who expects to graduate at the end of the school year
  2. High School graduates who have not taken and are not taking any college subject/course in any other school, college or university.
