The Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology (NEUST) received a global ranking of 801-1000 out of over 1,500 institutions, based on the Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings 2022.The ranking was based on the university’s success in delivering the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals and its impact on society.
In a statement, Engr. Feliciana P. Jacoba, NEUST President said that this monumental achievement exemplifies NEUST’s positive impact on local and international communities, which was made possible by the collective wisdom, unwavering commitments, and meaningful contributions of each member of NEUST family. This is the first time for NEUST to participate in THE Impact Ranking which is on its fourth edition this year.
Other Philippine universities that participated in THE were as follows: Ateneo De Manila University (101-200 bracket);
De La Salle University and Mariano Marcos State University (401-600 bracket);
Central Luzon State University, Mapua University, University of Sto. Tomas, and Tarlac Agricultural University (601-800 bracket);
and Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology, San Beda University, and Visayas State University (801-1000 bracket);
and University of Asia and the Pacific, Cebu Technological University, St. Paul University Philippines, Tarlac State University (1001+).
