During the 3rd day (November 25, 2022) of the ISO Surveillance Audit, the ISO Surveillance Team aimed to get the picture of the University’s upkeep on its effective and quality management system on the aspect of administration support services, instruction, and quality assurance services during the morning session.

In the afternoon, the closing program was held where the audit team presented the results of the ISO Surveillance Audit. The presentation was made by the External Auditors, namely: Ms. Khen O. David for face- to- face surveillance audit and Mr. Shahid Mushtaq who made the online monitoring of the activity from days 1 to 3. During the presentation, Ms. David happily announced that the University got no minor and major nonconformities, indicating that the University PASSED the ISO Surveillance Audit!

The 3-day ISO Audit was made possible thru the combined efforts of the three Vice Presidents, Deans, Directors, Unit Heads from different colleges and campuses and with the ISO Team headed by Dr. Analyn Gamit (Director, Quality Assurance / QMR); Dr. Angelo R. Santos (ISO, Unit Head / University Document Control Officer); and Dr. Kim Edward Santos (Internal Lead Auditor) with the guidance and supervision of the University President, Dr. Feliciana P. Jacoba.
