The Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology (NEUST) and Shopping Center Management Corporation (SM Supermalls) forged a partnership through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signed on July 4, 2024 at NEUST President Conference Room, General Tinio St. Campus, Cabanatuan City.
The agreement outlines the terms to establish a partnership focused on recruitment and job placement, On-The-Job (OJT) Training programs, learning sessions between NEUST and SM Supermalls, and other matters relevant to enhancing the educational experience of NEUST students, preparing them for the real-world job setting.
Present at the signing ceremony were key officials from both parties: NEUST was represented by Dr. Rhodora R. Jugo, SUC President III, Dr. Filip Carlo P. Bolisay, Alumni Affairs and Placement Office, Atty. Bembol DL. Castillo, Legal Officer, Dr. Elenita R. Paet, Moral Recovery and Spiritual Uplift Program Director, and Dr. Walter Salva, IOLL Faculty President; while representatives from SM Supermalls were Ms. Pearl Salangsang, SM Regional Operations Manager, Ms. Lesleyan A. Paguio, Senior HR Manager, and Ms. Cheryll Agsaoay, Senior Vice President for HR.
