The Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology (NEUST) ranked 38th among the 364 Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs) websites in the Philippines, according to the July 2024 edition of Webometrics Ranking of World Universities.
Ranked among 32,000 universities in more than 200 countries worldwide, NEUST sits at 6,154th based on Visibility (Web Contents Impact), Transparency (Top Cited Researchers), and Excellence (Top Cited Papers), where the university ranked 12,191st, 6,434th, and 6,079th respectively.
The Webometrics Ranking of World Universities which started in 2004, is produced by the Cybermetrics Lab, a research unit of the Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Cientificas (CSIC), Spain’s largest public research body and one of the first basic research organizations in Europe devoted to the quantitative analysis of the Internet and Web contents specially those related to the processes of generation and scholarly communication of scientific knowledge.
