NEUST EE grads dominate 2025 licensure exams
The Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology (NEUST) College of Engineering, Electrical Engineering Department, has produced 42 newly licensed electrical engineers after its graduates passed the April 2025 Registered Electrical Engineers Licensure Examination, according to results released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
NEUST achieved a 97.56% passing rate for first-time takers, with 40 out of 41 examinees succeeding, while the university’s overall institutional passing rate of 76.36% surpassed the national passing rate of 61.37%.
In addition, NEUST recorded a 100% passing rate for both first-time takers and the institutional rate in the April 2025 Registered Master Electricians (RME) Licensure Examination, producing two new RMEs.
The examinations, conducted across various testing centers nationwide last April, highlight NEUST’s consistent strong performance in licensure exams, further solidifying the reputation of its engineering programs, particularly in electrical engineering.
The university reaffirmed its commitment to delivering quality education, aligning with its vision of becoming a globally renowned institution.
Congratulations to the newly licensed electrical engineers! The NEUST community takes pride in your achievement and remains steadfast in its mission to shape future leaders in engineering and technology.
