For Incoming First-Year Students
Academic Year 2025–2026
The Office of Admission and Registration announces the start of enrollment for all incoming first-year students who have been qualified for admission for the 2025–2026 academic year.
ENROLMENT REQUIREMENTS
Qualified examinees are required to submit the following original documents:
- School Form 9 (SF 9) – Report Card or
- School Form 10 (SF 10) – Student Permanent Record / Form 137-A
- PSA-issued Birth Certificate
SUBMISSION DETAILS
Qualified examinees are required to submit the above documents from June 16 to June 30, 2025 at the Office of Admission and Registration, located at either of the following campuses:
- General Tinio Street Campus
- Sumacab CampusNote: Timely submission of the required documents is necessary to complete the enrollment process. Kindly ensure to complete the requirements within the specified period to keep your admission slot.
