Born in Cabanatuan City and raised with the values of hard work and perseverance, Engr. Alvin E. Estanislao is a proud Novo Ecijano and one of NEUSTโs finest alumni, earning his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, cum laude, from the then Central Luzon Polytechnic College (CLPC) in 1993.
Now the District Senior Manager of the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) for North Luzon District 6, Engr. Estanislao stands as a testament to the transformative power of education and leadership. He has over three decades of experience in managing and sustaining critical power infrastructure, successfully steering the commissioning of major solar plants, battery energy storage systems, and transformer systems that now power communities across Luzon.
A Professional Electrical Engineer, he also holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Bataan Peninsula State University. His dedication to continuous learning and development reflects the university’s enduring commitment to quality teaching and academic excellence.
Beyond his technical expertise, Engr. Estanislao has made significant contributions to the professional community. As a former educator and past IIEE Central Luzon Regional Governor, he has mentored countless young engineers and championed the professional development of peers. Under his leadership, two major regional conferences of the Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers (IIEE) were successfully organized.
