The Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology (NEUST) held an Oath-taking Ceremony for its newly hired and promoted faculty members at the Office of the University President, Sumacab Campus.
The newly hired and promoted faculty members came from various departments, namely the College of Medicine, College of Agriculture, College of Criminology, College of Industrial Technology, College of Engineering, College of Arts and Sciences, College of Management and Business TechnologyโHospitality and Tourism Management, Institute of Physical Education, Laboratory High School, Gabaldon Campus, Atate Campus, and San Isidro Campus.
In her message, University President Dr. Rhodora Jugo emphasized that while competence is important, the most vital qualities that faculty members must uphold are character and attitude.
She further highlighted, โYou will help us nourish the minds, nurture the hearts, and lead the future of our studentsโand above all, you will serve as models of values and character.โ
The event proceeded with the official oath-taking of the newly hired and promoted faculty members.
The ceremony concluded with a call for the faculty to embrace their role in shaping the total personality of students while upholding excellence and integrity in their profession.
