Upholding its commitment to academic excellence and continuous quality improvement, the Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology (NEUST) participated in the ASEAN Quality Assurance Network (AQAN) Forum and General Assembly held on October 9–10, 2025, at the Diamond Hotel, Manila.

The two-day event gathered quality assurance leaders, higher education executives, and QA practitioners across ASEAN to share best practices and strengthen collaboration toward harmonized quality assurance frameworks in the region.

Plenary sessions featured distinguished speakers from Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO) Regional Centre for Higher Education and Development, ASEAN University Network-Quality Assurance (AUN-QA), and Commission on Higher Education (CHED), who discussed strategic directions for enhancing educational quality, governance, and institutional excellence.

Representing the University were Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Feliciana Jacoba, Quality Assurance Office Director Dr. Analyn Gamit, and Head of the Local and International Accreditation Unit Dr. Angelo Santos.

As the University continues to build partnerships and align its systems with regional and global QA standards, NEUST reaffirms its commitment to advancing transformative, innovative, and globally competitive education that empowers both the Filipino nation and the ASEAN community.
