The Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology (NEUST) donated a service van to the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Region III to support the agency’s operational and service delivery needs.

The donation was formalized through a Deed of Donation Signing Ceremony held on December 20, 2025, at the Tarlac State University–Lucinda Campus Alumni Conference Room.

The signing was led by NEUST President Dr. Rhodora Jugo and DOST Region III Regional Director Dr. Julius Caesar Sicat, CESO III, officially transferring ownership of the service van to DOST Region III.

Also present during the ceremony were Dr. Erlyn Santiago, Private Sector Representative; Dr. Lino Fe Aglubat, Outgoing Faculty Regent; Randy Maliwat, Faculty Regent-Elect; and Dr. Alfredo Esteban, Executive Secretary.

The formal turnover of the service van was conducted on December 23, 2025, at the NEUST Sumacab Campus, and was attended by Atty. Bembol Castillo, Vice President for Administration, Business and Finance and Legal Officer; Dr. Jean N. Guillasper, Vice President for Research, Extension, and Training; and Engr. Sherwin Allado, Director of Building Maintenance and the Office of the General and Auxiliary Services.
