International Faculty and Students Mobility and Program Complementation The COVID-19 pandemic has had adverse effects on the Philippine economy as well as on education. However, life must go on despite the pandemic, especially in the Educational System. Since the emergence of this virus, the University’s international affairs Office has become very busy in setting up academic partnerships and collaborations with some Asian countries like China, Indonesia, and others. On April 12, 2021, the NEUST College of Education held its MOU signing which defined the “Faculty Exchange Program” with the Universitas Muhammadiyah Kendari, Indonesia. Present on said online activity were the University President, Dr. Feliciana P. Jacoba; the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Rhodora R. Jugo; the Director of the International, Domestic, and Institutional Linkages Office, Atty. Eric G. Claudio; the Dean of the COED, Dr. Angelica O. Cortez; Representatives from Muhammadiyah Kendari, Indonesia; and some selected COED Faculty members.
