NEUST President, Planning Director complete Wharton program for leaders
The Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology (NEUST) congratulates University President Dr. Rhodora Jugo and Planning and Development Office Director Dr. Kenneth Armas for completing the Online Leadership and Management Certificate Program of the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Supported by the CHED HUSAY grant, which aims to enhance the skills and professional development of higher education staff and faculty, this achievement highlights NEUST’s commitment to fostering visionary leadership and institutional excellence.
The Wharton Leadership and Management Certificate Program is globally recognized for its rigorous and transformative curriculum designed for high-potential mid- to senior-level managers.
Participants engaged in four intensive courses — including Leadership in the 21st Century, Managing and Motivating Talent, Managing the Global Firm, and Strategic Management: Competitive and Corporate Strategy — delivered online by Wharton’s faculty.
Through this program, Dr. Jugo and Dr. Armas gained advanced knowledge in organizational leadership, strategic decision-making, global management, and talent development — equipping them to guide NEUST toward enhanced quality of education, institutional growth, and stronger global competitiveness.
