To strengthen institutional innovation and advance digital transformation initiatives, the Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology (NEUST) formalized its partnership with CE-Logic Inc. through a contract signing and project orientation held at the President’s Conference Room, Sumacab Campus, on June 15, 2026.
The activity marked the official commencement of a collaborative undertaking aimed at enhancing university operations through technology-driven solutions while aligning project objectives, implementation strategies, and stakeholder responsibilities.
Dr. Jean Guillasper, Vice President for Research, Extension, and Training, expressed gratitude to the university leadership, partner organization faculty members, and staff for their support in the initiative, which seeks to strengthen research and academic productivity.
She emphasized the importance of providing faculty members with access to research resources and databases to increase the quality and quantity of scholarly publications.
NEUST President Dr. Rhodora Jugo highlighted the significance of collaboration and shared commitment in advancing the university’s research agenda.
Dr. Jugo emphasized that meaningful research requires access to quality resources, reliable tools, and opportunities for scholarly engagement.
The partnership aims to provide faculty members, researchers, and graduate students with enhanced research support to improve productivity and publication output.

Meanwhile, Janice Pe Benito, Regional Sales Manager of CE-Logic Inc., expressed gratitude for the partnership and reaffirmed the company’s commitment to supporting the university’s research and academic goals.
