A new set of officers of the Non-Teaching Personnel Association, Inc. (NTPAI) officially took their oath of office today, July 9, 2026, at the Office of the University President (OUP) Conference Room, Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology (NEUST) Sumacab Campus.
The oath-taking ceremony was facilitated by NEUST President Dr. Rhodora Jugo and witnessed by SUC Vice President III Atty. Bembol Castillo and Faculty and Staff Union (FSU) President Dr. Randy Maliwat.
Following the oath-taking, the newly elected officers held a brief discussion on the association’s plans and priorities, expressing their commitment to fostering solidarity, upholding integrity and fairness, and creating a more inclusive organization that will positively impact not only its members and constituents but also the different communities it serves.
In her message, Dr. Jugo emphasized the importance of unity and collective support in advancing the association’s initiatives.
“Inaasahan natin ang buong kooperasyon ng bawat miyembro, at alam kong masaya tayong lahat na naglilingkod sa Pamantasan. Iβm confident na lahat ng programs at activities natin ay will be for the betterment of the NEUST community,” she said.
The following officers will serve as the NTPAI Executive Board for the 2026β2028 term:

Auditor β Rexon Fernando Jr.

Muse β Nica Ella Valino
Board of Directors β Heidiliza Merez, Edelyn Sandoval Rosa, Ramona Angelo, Engr. Sherwin Allado, and NiΓ±o Alvarez.
Additionally, Aglipay will also serve as the Vice President for Non-Teaching Personnel of the Faculty and Staff Union.
As they begin their term, the new NTPAI officers are expected to champion programs and initiatives that promote collaboration, inclusivity, and the welfare of the University’s non-teaching personnel.
