The Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology (NEUST) is set to host the 2026 Culture and the Arts Association of State Universities and Colleges in Region III (CAASUC III) Regional Culture and the Arts Festival (RCAF), which is tentatively scheduled for December 7β11, 2026.
The CAASUC III Board of Management convened a meeting yesterday, presided over by Mr. Jose Mangahas, Jr., Director of the NEUST Literary, Culture and the Arts Development Center (LCADC), to discuss preparations for the upcoming regional event.
Meanwhile, NEUST President Dr. Rhodora R. Jugo graced the meeting and welcomed the directors and representatives of the participating State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) in Central Luzon.
The President also reaffirmed the University’s commitment to hosting the regional event, which seeks to promote cultural appreciation, artistic excellence, and collaboration among the participating State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) in Region III.
